Language Configuration:
Cora supports multiple languages. Jira customer users can select and configure their preferred language by clicking the language button inside the Cora chat interface.
Admin Page
Cora Projects:
A Jira administrator can define which projects will have Cora enabled, allowing the Cora panel to appear in the Jira Service Management portal. Follow these steps to enable Cora for specific projects:
Click on the Apps tab.
Select Manage apps.
Locate the Cora app and click Configure.
Choose the Jira projects where you want to enable Cora.
