CORA Support Admin Page

Access

Access the CORA Admin page from the Admin Apps Management page in your site - locate the CORA Admin option in the left pannel.

CORA Admin page is divided into 3 sub-pages:

  • Dashboard

  • Portal Chatbot Configuration

  • Article Generator Configuration

Portal Chatbot Configuration

Usage

The Usage section shows the CORA chatbot's daily usage status.
Admins can view the number of queries used today, as well as how many remain before the daily limit resets.

Projects

Jira administrators can choose which projects will have the CORA chatbot enabled, making the CORA chat button visible in the Jira Service Management portal.
In the Projects section of the configuration page, select the desired projects and click update to apply the changes.

Admin Access

CORA requires Admin access to Confluence in order to function properly for anonymous users (public portal visitors) and when using external integrations.
To grant access, click the Grant Access button in this section and follow Atlassian’s OAuth authorization steps.
Once complete, refresh the page to confirm that access has been successfully granted.

Article Generator Configuration

This page mirrors the configuration settings found in the Admin page of the CORA Article Generator app. For setup instructions, please view CORA Article Generator - Admin Configuration .
Note that the Article Generator requires a different Admin Access than the Chatbot’s.

Dashboard

This page provides a full view of CORA’s usage and performance. Showing the amounts of conversations, generated tickets and helpful solutions of CORA over time.
