Welcome to CORA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CORA, an AI-powered chatbot designed to enhance your Jira Service Management experience through seamless Slack integration.
By installing, accessing, or using CORA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CORA.

Description of Service
CORA provides features such as AI-driven knowledge retrieval, ticket creation, ticket insights, and Slack-based interactions to streamline Jira Service Management processes. The service includes but is not limited to:
AI-driven answers from your Confluence Knowledge Base.
Seamless ticket creation and updates within Slack.
Monitoring trends and ticket statistics.
Intuitive action buttons and dynamic forms for ticket customization.
Eligibility
To use CORA, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms, if applicable.
Use CORA in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Setup and Access
3.1 Slack Integration
To use CORA, you can integrate it with your Slack workspace. By doing so, you grant CORA access to:
Post messages and interact within specified channels.
Access user messages for context analysis and ticket creation.
3.2 Jira Service Management Integration
CORA requires integration with Jira Service Management to provide its full range of services. You are responsible for ensuring your Jira instance complies with CORA’s requirements.
Privacy and Data Use
4.1 Data Collection
CORA collects and processes data but not stores the data, including but not limited to:
Knowledge base content from Confluence.
Jira ticket metadata for insights and updates.
Users’ conversations with CORA.
CORA stores the data, including but not limited to:
Slack workspace TOKEN.
Users Atlassian accounts.
4.2 Data Security
CORA employs industry-standard practices to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you use CORA at your own risk.
4.3 Data Usage
By using CORA, you consent to our use of your data to:
Deliver the requested services.

4.4 Data Deletion
CORA will try to handle data deletion requests as soon as possible.

Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access CORA’s underlying code.
Use CORA to engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
Circumvent any security measures implemented by CORA.
Modifications to Service
CORA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting interruptions or changes.
Fees and Payments
Certain features of CORA may require a subscription or additional fees. Pricing details will be outlined in a separate agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to CORA at our discretion for:
Violation of these Terms.
Non-payment of applicable fees.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
You may discontinue use of CORA at any time by uninstalling it from Slack.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 No Warranties
CORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORA is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss or unauthorized access.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in Tel Aviv, in accordance with the rules of the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration.
