Saving Generated Articles to Confluence

1. Ensure Confluence is connected and a Confluence space is linked to the relevant JSM project via the CORA Articles App – Admin page.

2. Manually save the article by clicking the “Save in Confluence” action after generating it.

3. If linking Confluence pages to issues is required, configure the Confluence AppId in the Admin page.

4. If issues persist, check for any error messages and report them to support.

• Regularly verify the connection and permissions between Confluence and JSM projects.
